Women in Leadership · Sydney Harbour Reset Days

Lido Atelier designs calm, design-led coastal days for women who carry a lot – in their work, their teams and their lives. Our Harbour Reset Days bring small groups (up to 8 women) out of the office and onto the foreshore for a slower kind of leadership experience:

  • A guided harbour walk to decompress and arrive

  • An optional ocean- or harbour-pool dip (conditions permitting), with a gentle “head under” moment for anyone willing – no laps, no pressure, just a nervous system reset

  • A long seaside lunch in a beautiful setting

  • Space for honest, facilitated conversation about capacity, boundaries and what women are actually carrying

We can keep it purely restorative, or shape the conversation around a theme (leadership capacity, transition, resilience, reinvention).

How we shape the day

Each Harbour Reset Day is tailored to your group. Depending on what your women need most, we can incorporate:

  • A naturopath or wellbeing practitioner to speak to energy, hormones and the nervous system (practical, evidence-informed tools)

  • A burnout or leadership specialist to explore sustainable pace, boundaries and decision fatigue for high-performing women

  • Your own internal or industry voice — CEO, partner or senior leader — for a relaxed, fireside-style conversation over lunch

We can also keep the day speaker-free and let the experience do the work — walk, dip, lunch and facilitated conversation.

These days are ideal for

  • International Women’s Day (or any women’s calendar moment worth marking well)

  • Women in leadership programs and high-potential cohorts

  • Senior leadership teams needing space to think clearly offsite

  • Strategy resets after a big quarter, restructure or growth phase

  • Women returning from leave or navigating a new season of leadership
