Booking Conditions & Cancellation Policy
1. Bookings & Payment
Bookings are confirmed via email correspondence with Lido Atelier.
Full payment is required to secure a place unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Lido Atelier experiences are intentionally small-group and places are limited. Bookings are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Confirmation of your place will be provided once payment has been received.
2. Cancellation by Guest
Due to the small-group format and pre-arranged hospitality elements, the following cancellation terms apply:
• Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the experience date:
A full refund or transfer to a future date (subject to availability).
• Cancellations made 3–6 days prior to the experience date:
50% refund.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the experience:
No refund.
If you are unable to attend, your place may be transferred to another person with prior written notice.
3. Weather & Conditions
Guest safety is always prioritised.
Lido Atelier swims take place in protected harbour and ocean pool environments. If weather or sea conditions affect access to a specific location, we reserve the right to:
• Adjust the swim location
• Modify the format of the experience
• Postpone to an alternative date
If the experience cannot proceed safely in any form, guests will be offered either a full refund or the option to transfer to a future date.
Light rain does not automatically result in cancellation.
4. Minimum Numbers
Experiences require a minimum number of participants to proceed.
If minimum numbers are not met, guests will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to an alternative date.
5. Participation & Safety
Lido Atelier experiences include guided swims in protected harbour or ocean pool environments and coastal walking routes.
Participants should feel comfortable entering and exiting pool environments independently and moving confidently in water.
Guests are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to participate and should advise of any relevant health conditions prior to the experience.
Participation is voluntary and undertaken at your own risk.
6. Insurance
Lido Atelier holds public liability insurance appropriate for guided coastal experiences in New South Wales.
7. Changes by Lido Atelier
Lido Atelier reserves the right to modify elements of the experience where necessary due to safety, weather, operational requirements or unforeseen circumstances. Any changes will be communicated as soon as reasonably possible.
