I’m Paula — a building designer, mother, and former accountant who found her true rhythm in the ocean.

I’m not a competitive swimmer. I don’t swim for pace. I swim for peace.

The sea has always been my place of clarity — where the noise in my head disappears and I can just be.
I scream underwater. I laugh alone on empty headlands. I dive in even when it’s freezing. I go when others don’t. Because if I don’t, my soul starts to ache.

Lido Atelier was born from this pull to the coast — to create beautiful, slow, salt-soaked days for women who feel the same.
Women who need space. Silence. Design. Nature. And a moment to feel whole again.

We walk the headlands. Swim in the rock pools. Eat well. Talk softly. Laugh loudly.
And maybe… find that same lightness I’ve been chasing my whole life.

The retreats now run on the South Coast of NSW and finish in Sydney — a place where I raised my boys, spent every school holiday, and plan to one day retire. It's home
